Solar PV
Lower-cost renewable generation designed around available roof or ground space and the customer’s daytime demand.
Energy-as-a-Service
BPC brings development, financing, engineering and lifecycle performance into one managed framework, helping eligible organisations access dependable electricity without funding the complete infrastructure upfront.
The business challenge
Unreliable supply, rising grid costs and dependence on customer-owned generation create financial uncertainty and absorb management attention. Purchasing a complete new energy system upfront can also divert capital from the organisation’s core operations.
BPC’s EaaS model separates access to dependable energy from the requirement to fund all infrastructure on day one.
Renewables-led hybrid energy
The configuration is selected from the verified load and operating requirement. It is never based on a predetermined equipment package.
Lower-cost renewable generation designed around available roof or ground space and the customer’s daytime demand.
Stored energy, peak support, fast transitions and greater control over when renewable electricity is used.
CNG-powered generation where required for dependable evening, overnight and low-solar-period supply.
Metering, dispatch, remote monitoring and performance reporting across the complete energy system.
The BPC delivery model
BPC remains the development and coordination anchor while specialist partners work through defined roles and controls.
Verify demand, current energy costs, operating patterns, reliability requirements and available space.
Configure the right solar, storage, gas and control architecture around the customer’s actual load.
Develop the tariff, financing plan, risk allocation, Project Company and Energy Service Agreement.
Coordinate procurement, EPC construction, quality, HSE, integration, testing and commissioning.
Maintain the assets, manage interfaces and supply energy against agreed service standards.
Monitor performance, report outcomes and improve lifecycle efficiency throughout the contract.
Commercial pathway
A simple view for decision-makers. Each stage remains subject to project-specific diligence and approvals.
Customer benefits
The objective is not simply to install equipment. It is to improve the customer’s energy outcome over the complete contract lifecycle.
No complete system cost paid upfront for eligible financed projects.
A clearer commercial framework for energy expenditure and performance.
Reduced exposure to unreliable supply and customer-owned generation.
Professional operations, maintenance and asset-performance management.
Transparent metering, monitoring and performance reporting.
Expandable infrastructure designed around changing productive demand.

Financing, ownership and service
For eligible projects, a dedicated Project Company can arrange financing and own the energy assets during the contract period. The customer pays for metered energy or an agreed service under a long-term Energy Service Agreement.
BPC coordinates asset management, operations, maintenance, monitoring and performance reporting. The agreement can also define renewal, buyout or transfer options at the end of the contract.
All structures remain subject to technical feasibility, customer credit assessment, financing approval, regulatory requirements and final contract terms.
Project partnering
BPC coordinates the interfaces required to move from commercial concept to a reliable operating asset.
Where the model can work
Each opportunity receives its own feasibility assessment, financial model, technical configuration and approval pathway.
