These terms govern access to and use of the BPC website and its published information.

1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about BPC, its capabilities, delivery approach and potential services. It does not create a client, adviser, financier, contractor or partnership relationship.
2. No offer or commitment
Website content and assessment responses are not an offer, quotation, guarantee of savings, financing commitment or commitment to deliver a project. Any engagement is subject to due diligence, feasibility, approvals and signed agreements.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious files, interfere with service availability, impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorised to share.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design and BPC branding belong to BPC or are used with permission. Partner logos and attributed partner materials remain the property of their respective owners. No material may be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
5. Third-party information and links
Partner experience is separately attributed. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean BPC controls or endorses every statement on the linked website.
6. Availability and liability
BPC aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not warrant uninterrupted service or that all information is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, BPC is not liable for decisions made solely from general website information.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria unless the parties agree otherwise.
